As a result of its strong presence in the international digital market,
the brand has entrusted PUNTO with the creation of its physical identity
and the design of its flagship store in Barcelona.
This pilot store marks a defining moment for MELLER, allowing the brand
to establish itself in the retail space while testing this new channel for future
store openings in key cities across its markets. It’s an opportunity
to showcase the brand’s full potential and offer customers an immersive space
where they can see, try, and experience MELLER in its purest form.
The concept revolves around achieving a balance between
rectilinear forms, neutral surfaces, and materials such as
aluminum and U Glass modules, seamlessly combined with a
lacquered mesh in the brand’s signature orange an eye-catching
design element that defines its identity. Lighting treatment is a key
aspect of the proposal, carefully designed to highlight the colors of
each glass model. A striking illuminated wall creates a backlight
effect that enhances the product’s presence.
At the heart of the space stands an iconic central counter, inspired
by the fundamental shape of eyewear. This sculptural piece not only embodies the brand’s essence but also serves multiple functions—displaying accessories, facilitating checkout, wrapping, and stocking.
Industrial style decorative elements, paired with large digital
screens, complete the look of this bold, urban, and youthful optical store.
