The Swiss watch brand has entrusted us with this monumental project for its new flagship in Barcelona. Located in one of the city’s most iconic spaces, at the intersection of Po de Gracia and Gran Via, it occupies the premises previously home to Rolex and TOUS. The renovation project was carried out in collaboration with the international Swatch team based in Switzerland, alongside the Spanish team, who coordinated the entire project with PUNTO.
This project represents the brand’s incredible commitment to positioning itself alongside the city’s best brands, further solidifying its significance in the watchmaking sector.
The main challenge of the project was integrating the distinctive aesthetic Swatch uses in its corporate stores into a protected space with a strong architectural and material identity. The result is a careful and precise intervention that allows both realities to coexist within the same space. A unique store with a rich history, yet very much of today.
